My passion for photography started when I realized that I could make images that either unveil a story or the overlooked beauty in daily life scenes. Some of the subjects I am most interested in are human interactions, emotions, relationships between people or between people and their environments.
For many years I have been working with available light and trying not to alter the scene I was about to photograph. I continue using this approach for part of my images, but I also work in controlled environments, staging the subjects and setting up the light, as needed.
I collaborate mostly with editorial clients. Some of my images have been published in Lonely Planet Magazine.
